Red Lake is an American hybrid which has been grown for decades in the US. The fruits are deep red with 1 ½ to 2 inch clusters. The fruits are very firm and can be stored at 33 degrees F for more than 12 days after harvest. The yields are high up to 8 pounds per plant and higher if the canes are trellised. The canes are more spreading than upright with medium vigor. The plant are slightly resistant to powdery mildew. USDA Zones 4-8.
