Enjoy delicious, fresh raspberries in the summer while beautifying your landscape with the foliage of our Ground Cover Raspberries. The thorn-less raspberry plants grow to be a mature height of five inches tall and moderately spread 12 inches and more to make a dense mat of green leaves. The petite, reddish-purple raspberries ripen mid-summer and have a sweet-tart flavor. Plants establish quickly in all soil types.
Ground Cover Raspberries have appeal from spring through fall. In late spring, pinkish-lavender flowers appear, turning into sweet red fruits in the middle of summer. The green foliage turns to lovely shades of red and burgundy. Two varieties are needed for pollination. We will send Sophia and Valentina. Hardiness Zones 2-8
