Live Plant Policy & Shipping Damage
We take great care in packing and shipping our plants. Please read all provided care instructions to ensure healthy, productive growth.

If your plants arrive damaged due to shipping, please take photos immediately upon delivery and contact us right away.

For verified shipping damage, we will issue a merchandise credit for the full purchase price, valid for one month from the date you receive your order.
