Rubus idaeus
Addison is a primocane floricane red fruiting raspberry with Five Aces breeding. The fruits are deep red in color, determined to have high anti-oxidant potential.
The fruits are medium to large in size, up to 3.3 grams per berry with high yields of both primocane and floricane crops. The fruits are fine flavor with high sugars. Berries are easily harvested as they separate easily from the stem.
The plants adapt to container growing in tunnels with yields of 1,200 grams from floricane and 735 grams from primocane plants. The strong attributes are: fine flavor, ease of harvest, acceptable firmness, and deep color, and resistant to botrytis rot in the field. Hardiness Zones 3-11.
